Publishing – Working with youth and community development organization Lead On and Melbourne-based publishing house Potentially Famous, Lucy produced Banking on Community Spirit in 2002. Sold throughout Bendigo Bank branches nationally the valuable book investigates what people did in small towns when large banking corporations exited.

Documenting the establishment of community bank franchises in 24 small country towns around Australia, Banking on Community Spirit demonstrates that community spirit can overcome any hurdle.

The book gave voice to 24 young Australians were about life in rural and remote Australia.
